At P.S. Boutique, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy below:

Final Sale Items:

• All sales are final for intimate items, including lingerie, fishnet items, and leather body harnesses. Due to hygiene and personal care standards, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing:

• Clothing items (excluding lingerie, fishnet items, and leather body harnesses) can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refund Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Sickningllc@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
